ADHD & EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING

ADHD can influence many aspects of

daily life, including focus, organisation,

emotion regulation, relationships, and

self-confidence. Many people with ADHD

describe feeling capable and intelligent,

yet frequently overwhelmed by the

demands of everyday life.

Anissa brings both professional expertise

and lived experience to this work. As the

parent of a child with ADHD and

significant behavioural regulation

challenges. Anissa understands first

-hand the complexity families can face

and the importance of practical,

compassionate support.

Throughout her psychology training and

professional development, Anissa has

focused extensively on understanding

ADHD and the emotional experiences

that often accompany it, such as (RSD)

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. She is aso

a certified ADHD Coach specialising in

supporting clients to strengthen the

executive functioning skills required for

daily living, such as planning,

organisation, emotional regulation,

and task management.

Support may focus on
