Family Therapy & Parenting Support

Families often seek support when

relationships feel strained, communication

has become difficult, or parenting

challenges are affecting the wellbeing

of the whole family.

Family therapy focuses on understanding

the patterns that develop within

relationships and supporting families

to find healthier and more supportive

ways of connecting.

Anissa brings over a decade of

experience working with children, young

people, and families within a community

organisation, where much of her work

involved supporting families as systems.

This experience has shaped a strong

understanding of how family dynamics,

environments, and relationships influence

children’s emotional wellbeing and

behaviour.

Anissa is a certified Circle of Security

Facilitator and Triple P Positive Parenting

Program Facilitator, and integrates these

evidence-based parenting and

attachment focused approaches into her

work with families.
