Medicare Rebates:
For clients accessing support under a Mental Health
Care Plan, a Medicare rebate of $98.95 is currently
available with an eligible referral from your GP,
psychiatrist, or paediatrician.
Cancellation Policy
Attuned Family Psychology value the time you
set aside for healing and self-care, as well as
the commitment I make to each session.
When you book an appointment, that time
is held exclusively for you and your wellbeing.
I understand that life can be unpredictable,
however if you are unable to attend, I kindly ask
that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
This allows me the opportunity to offer
the appointment to another person
who may be waiting to access support.
Please be assured that if I am able to
fill your appointment time, no cancellation
fee will apply. However, if the session remains
unfilled, the cancellation fee will be charged.
Our cancellation policy is outlined below:
Notice provided over 48 hours:
No Cancellation fee.
Notice between 24-48 hours:
50% of the session fee.
Notice less than 24 hours:
100% of the session fee.
No-show without notice:
100% of the session fee.
I understand that unforeseen events, sudden illness,
or emergencies can
sometimes impact your plans. If this occurs, please
let me know as soon as
possible.
I will take your individual circumstances into
consideration when determining
whether the cancellation policy applies.
Your understanding and cooperation are greatly
appreciated.
Fee Adjustments
In the interest of transparency, we review and
adjust our fees, which take effect at the onset
of the new financial year.
In our dedication to inclusivity, we strive to
keep these adjustments as minimal as possible.
We will ensure any changes to our fee structure
are communicated and made known to you at
least a month before implementation.
While this is a private fee service, a strictly
limited number of reduced-fee or bulk-billed
appointments are reserved for clients
experiencing significant hardship. These places
are not always available and are allocated at
the clinicians discretion.
